In Fifty, revisit bingo for epic games! Choose your numbers and start counting: from 1 to 50. The longer you count down, the more points you'll score.
But beware, because as soon as you announce your opponent's number, he'll take over... and the counting! So think carefully about your numbers to trap your opponents, and make the longest series to win the game!
Take a grid, and judiciously choose your 5 numbers, between 1 and 49. The first player then starts counting, starting from 1, until he or she announces a number that has been chosen by another player. This player then calls out “I've got it”, and takes his hand to continue counting. As soon as the count reaches the number chosen by another player, he in turn takes his hand and continues the count.
The advantage of taking the hand is that for every number you announce while holding the hand, you score 1 point, shown by the progression on your score sheet. But be careful: if two or more players have chosen the same number, they don't take the hand! The player who had the hand retains it and continues counting. The game continues until the last number in the grid has been called.
The game is played in 4 successive rounds, at the end of which you accumulate your score from each round. The highest score wins. But there's an even quicker (and more spectacular!) way to win. In each round, if you manage to achieve a consistent point total (defined by the number of players), you win a crown. The second crown is an immediate victory!
